Seam Map Review· For founders doing seven and eight figures who are tired of being told they need more leads

Your company is not losing money inside its departments. It is losing it in the thirteen seams between them.

And nobody on your payroll was ever hired to own one. So we install something that does: the AI Seam Architect reads all thirteen seams of your revenue chain, closes them in the order they cost you, and never asks you to approve a thing.

  • $70,000,000a year company runs every lead, call, close and payment on the system behind it, today
  • $41,253what Frank Kern's first seam was worth, in three days

On one free forty five minute call you will see your own seams with dollar figures on them, whether you ever hire us or not.

Sixteen minutes on where your money actually goes.

Where the money goes, how we find it, and what triple our fee looks like in writing.

Chapter 1 · Where the money goesChapter 2 · How we find itChapter 3 · Triple our fee, in writing
03 · No pretending

Let me say the thing you are already thinking.

You have sat through AI pitches all year, you have bought at least one, and there is a seat somewhere on your card right now for something nobody on your team has opened since July, isn't there? I would be suspicious of me too.

So here is my position before we go any further. The AI is not the interesting part of this. In two years every competitor you have will run the same models you run, and anybody telling you otherwise is selling you last year. What almost nobody has is a correct target, because everyone in your market is pointing AI at making more stuff, and almost no one is pointing it at the place the money is actually going.

That place is what I am going to show you first. The machine comes after, and you will see why I waited.
04 · Out loud

The sentence you have not said out loud.

You have looked at the dashboard and known, with total certainty, that the number should be higher. You have had the feeling and not been able to point at the cause. And you have done the one thing you know how to do, which is spend more.

More spendNew creativeAnother hireRebuild the funnelNinety days later, roughly the same number. More tired.

About right? Then there is the version you only say to yourself, usually at eleven at night, after you caught the text because something felt off, rewrote the email because your team's version would not land, and saved the customer because you happened to see the ticket. It goes something like this.

11:00 PM
"I am paying five people to grow this thing and I am still the one catching everything."

Now step back from that man for a second and watch him from across the room. He is not lazy. He is not undisciplined. He is not missing some gene the other founders got. He is looking at the wrong layer of his own business, and nobody has ever shown him the right one.

05 · Where the money actually goes

Every trade signs off. Then it rains.

Picture a house going up. You hire the best plumber alive, the best electrician alive, the best roofer alive. Every one of them does perfect work and every one of them signs off. Then it rains, and the house floods.

PLUMBER ✓ ELECTRICIAN ✓ ROOFER ✓ Every trade signed off. Water at every joint.

Nobody did bad work. Nobody owned the joints where their work met.

Lay that over your company. Your ads person is good. Your email person is fine. Your closers are competent. And the money is running out of the handoffs between them, where nobody's name is on the wall.

Six people, five handoffs, and one flaw built into how every company on earth is staffed: each person owns a job, and nobody owns a handoff. A handoff is on no job description, no report and no invoice.

I call those handoffs seams. There are twelve inside every revenue chain and a thirteenth sitting over the whole loop, which is that nobody owns the chain itself.

06 · The seam map

Twelve seams inside the chain. A thirteenth over the whole loop.

The seam between a click and the page it lands on. Between an opt in and the first thing they hear from you. Between a booked call and an attended one. Between a close and an onboarding. Between a happy customer and a second purchase. And eight more.

  7. 13Over the whole loop: nobody owns the chain itself

As you read those, you did something. You matched them against your own business, and you landed on one and thought, huh. Which one was it? Remember that one, because we are going to come back to it with a dollar figure attached.

07 · The four hour window

She opted in at 8:42 at night.

Take the seam between a lead opting in and the first real contact. In most businesses I open up, that gap runs four hours or longer, usually because a system sat there waiting on a human.

8 PM9 PM10 PM11 PM12 AM1 AM2 AM
8:42 PMShe opts in, at the exact moment she cares most.
1:15 AMYour sequence finally fires. She is asleep.
Nobody owned this4h 33m

The lead opted in at 8:42 at night, at the exact moment she cared most, and by 1:15 in the morning when your sequence finally fires she is asleep, and the version of her who wakes up tomorrow is not the same buyer.

Here is why that has survived in your business for years. That lead never shows up as a loss. She shows up as nothing. No line item, no alert, nobody gets blamed. You cannot find it in your P and L because it never became revenue in the first place.

Seam loss is invisible by design.

One seam, in one business, quietly outspending the ad account. Now how many of those did you just count in yours?

08 · Why it never got fixed

Why the last person you paid did not fix it.

And why you could not either.

You bought the program, hired the agency, sat through the audit, flew to the mastermind. The insight was probably fine. Every one of those was hired into a channel and did the job inside it, then handed the result back across the same gap that was already there, which is why you did not hire badly, you hired someone to fix a part when the problem was the space between the parts.

And here is the part that actually gets you off the hook. Even if I handed you all thirteen seams on a page right now, perfectly scored, you still could not hold them. A seam does not break during your Monday meeting.

  1. Saturday · 11:00 PMA webhook times out.
  2. The week your email person is on vacationIt breaks then.
  3. Over six weeksA sequence quietly decays and nobody notices, because nothing alarms.

Humans cannot watch thirteen junctions continuously. Not you, not me, not a two hundred thousand dollar a year hire. I ran John Crestani's list at ten to thirty thousand dollars a week for fifteen straight weeks, and the hard part was not the first week. It was the fifteenth. Attention is the constraint, and no amount of discipline has ever fixed it.

So every quarter you thought you were failing, you were working the wrong layer with no feedback. That is all it was. That is all it has ever been. Can you feel how different that is from what you have been telling yourself?

09 · With the receipts

What one seam is worth.

Frank Kern sells a program for $8,600. Every week people got on a call, wanted it, and said the same four words, I cannot afford it, and every one of them was thanked and sent away with nothing to buy.

He had paid for the ad, paid for the lead, paid the closer, and at the exact moment the buyer raised her hand there was nothing to hand her. That is a seam, the space between no and next. We wrote one $2,500 offer for precisely that person and put it in front of the people who had already said no. Three days later $41,253 was in Frank's account from the same ads, the same leads and the same flagship, and he has hired me four times since.

43,297 contacts, five percent opening, no text channel. Sending repaired, a sequence per group, SMS behind it. Fifteen straight weeks, no new ad spend.

A $70,000,000 a year sales floor with 22 closers had fewer than one booked call in four actually happen, and everybody in that building assumed it was a lead quality problem, which means everybody assumed the fix was more money.

It was not lead quality. It was the seam between booking a call and attending one: a call within five minutes of booking, a text that asks for a reply, a closer who dials instead of waiting, with the exact words to say when they pick up. Four weeks later the show rate had climbed without a single down week, and that month the floor collected $1,322,312. Same leads, same spend, same closers. One joint, tightened.

The entire company, every lead, call, close and payment, still runs on the CRM I built for it today.

20 of 57 messages had broken tracking. Tracking repaired, then a launch built in one week: 412 registered, 37 applied, four closed at $6,800. Stripe record.

Now run that on yourself. Picture your own calendar next month with twice as many of your booked calls actually happening, same ad spend, same team. You can see that number, can't you? That is one seam of thirteen, and the obvious question is forming right about now. If these are worth that much, why has nobody found them in my business?

Because nothing in your business was ever assigned to the joints. Until now.

10 · What we install

The AI Seam Architect.

We install an AI Seam Architect into your business. It reads all thirteen seams continuously, catches the drop the hour it happens, and closes the seam without asking you.

  • A dashboard you check.
  • A tool your team has to remember to open.
  • A chatbot you prompt.

It runs whether anyone logs in or not, and that is the entire design.

Notice what it is and is not. It is not smarter than your people. It is pointed at something nobody was assigned to, and it never looks away. That was never about the model. It was about the aim.

Pit wall · on the radio

Thirteen junctions. Every lap. Never sleeps, never takes a weekend, never has a bad week.

Think of a Formula One driver, the best in the world at the thing he does, with an engineer on the radio the whole race. Not because he forgot how to drive, but because he can only see what is through the visor, and the engineer sees the whole race. Now imagine that engineer never sleeps, never takes a weekend, never has a bad week, and is watching thirteen junctions at once, forever.

Your team keeps driving. Something else watches the whole race.

So picture a Tuesday about ninety days from now. You get up, you do not open anything, you drive to wherever you are going, and while you were asleep three seams moved. You find out because the number changed, not because something asked your permission. What is different in your chest when you picture that?

12 · Why a system

Why this had to be a system and not a hire.

For ten years I believed the answer was finding the right person. Better operator, better hire, better me. Every time something slipped I went looking for a human who would care enough to hold it, and it was never going to be a person.

A person owns a seam

for exactly as long as they are awake, employed and paying attention. Not because people are not good.

  • Gets bored at week fifteen
  • Quits in March
  • Forgets what you told it in January
A system owns it

permanently.

  • Does not get bored at week fifteen
  • Does not quit in March
  • Does not forget what you told it in January

It was never about intelligence or cost. It is about continuity.

And when you put it that way, does it make sense that the problem of nobody watching the joints gets solved by something that cannot stop watching?

13 · The first ninety days

What the first ninety days look like.

Your team spends about three hours total. Everything else happens inside the accounts you already run, and nothing new gets added to anyone's week.

  1. Days 1 to 14

    We build your Business Brain.

Every ad account, funnel, email and SMS flow, upsell and downsell path, retention sequence and sales call transcript goes through seven extraction passes so all thirteen seams get read. Your team spends about three hours total. Anything you cannot supply shows up as a gap, never an estimate, and every baseline is set deliberately low, because I would rather beat a conservative number than miss a flattering one.

  2. Day 15

    You see your seams ranked.

Not a list of problems. A ranked list with dollars attached, worst first. When you see it you will go quiet for a second. Every founder does, because you have run this company for years and never once seen it laid out this way.

  3. Days 15 to 30

The Architect goes in and mostly watches.

It goes in against the top seams and learns how your buyers actually move, what your sequences do, where your drop happens by hour and by source. If you want a spike next week this is the wrong thing for you, and I would rather say that here than cash your check.

  4. Days 30 to 60

It starts closing. On its own.

You get a short readout of what changed and why. Every change is logged and every change is reversible. It does not touch your offer, your pricing or your brand.

  5. Days 60 to 90

    It compounds.

It works down the ranked list while you do your job, and your team gets the readouts with nothing new to adopt and nothing new to log into.

And sometimes it moves immediately. The $77,000 launch above was not new traffic. It was an audience the business already owned, running through a seam that had never been connected. The revenue was already in the building. It just had nowhere to go.

That is what I think is sitting in your business right now, in the seam you landed on a few minutes ago.

That one. That is the one.

None of that came from being a better marketer than the people around me, and plenty of them are better marketers than me. It came from one thing I was wrong about for about ten years, badly wrong, which cost me more than everything on this page made me: I kept looking inside the boxes. Better ads, better page, better email, better close. Not one book, course or coach ever taught me to look at what happens between them, until someone looked at a business I had been staring at for months, pointed at four joints money was pouring out of, and said:

"Stop fixing the pieces, Jon. Look at where they touch."

Everything on this page came after that. Same person, same work ethic, one difference. I stopped looking inside the boxes and started looking at the joints, and then I built a machine that never stops looking.

18 · Three ways to install it

The only question is how many seams it owns.

Every one of them is the same install. The Business Brain reads your whole business first, the Architect goes in against the seams on your map, and nothing is added to your week after the read.

Most owners start here

One Seam

$10,000Install · one seam

The Business Brain reads your whole company, all seven passes, and the Architect is installed against the single seam that is costing you the most. You watch one number move on your own traffic inside 45 days before you decide anything bigger.

The usual three

Three Seams

$20,000Install · your three largest

All Thirteen

$30,000Install · every seam on the map

Every seam on the map owned at once, including the thirteenth, which is the one that has kept the other twelve open for years. This is the version where the company stops growing at the speed of your attention.

Once installed

You choose whether I stay in the room.

Consulting monthly$10,000 · $20,000 · $30,000 a month, matched to the seams installed

I sit in your weekly meeting, set the order, check every rate against your baseline, and your team executes to my specification.

AI OS$5,000 a month

What keeps the Architect watching and closing after the install is complete, which is the part that makes it permanent rather than a project.

The filter%

And I take a percentage of the revenue we create together, measured at the seam against your own baseline, so my upside is tied to your number going up. If that shape just made your stomach drop, you are probably not ready, and that is fine. If it did not, keep reading, because that percentage is not a payment plan. It is a filter. It is why I can only carry a few of these at a time, and why I will tell you on the call if I do not think I can do it.

The floor is set so one closed seam pays it back several times over.

You pay$10,000
To collect at least$30,000

You already earned it, and nothing comes out of your pocket that was not already leaking out of it.

19 · Yours either way

You keep the Brain.

The Business Brain is worth $10,000 on its own, and people pay that for it without an engagement. Inside an install it is yours, and it keeps updating, so the next time you are deciding whether to hire, whether to launch, or whether a channel is worth defending, you are not deciding from memory or from a spreadsheet somebody built nine months ago.

You are looking at a live picture of your whole revenue chain while you decide. Most founders tell me the Brain changed how they run the company more than any single seam did.

21 · Before you book

Three things to know before you book.

01

You already have the traffic.

Every minute we spend together goes to the customers it has brought you rather than to buying more, and if fresh traffic turns out to be the first lever your business needs, you will hear it on the call along with the name of someone excellent to run it.

02

We say no more often than you would expect.

The guarantee is real, and we only take businesses where we can see the number before we start.

03

It will not save a bad offer.

If your offer is the problem I will tell you on the call and we will both keep our money.

Do not book if

You need to personally approve every change in your business. Please do not. You will fight the install and we will both lose.

Your company is still climbing toward seven figures. Your right door today is The Thirteen Seams, twenty minutes of reading that has you naming your own seams before the last page, so which three do you expect to tick first?

You secretly like being the glue, because this will feel like a demotion for the first month, and it is the demotion the whole company has been waiting on.

Book if

You have real revenue, a team, more than one way customers reach you, and you would rather have this layer owned permanently than carry it yourself for one more year.

22 · The number

The number almost no founder has ever calculated about his own business.

That is what this year cost you, and read it carefully, because it is not what you failed to earn. It is what you earned and did not collect. It was in the building. It walked back out through the joints.

Once you have that number you cannot un-know it. You will see it every time you open your dashboard from here on. So the only question left is whether next year has the same number in it.

23 · Forty five minutes

What happens on the call.

No slides. Your numbers on screen, your seams named out loud, and a dollar amount on your three biggest before we hang up.

  4. Minutes 30 to 40Your three biggest

  5. Last fiveTriple, or no

Whether we can clear triple and which install fits. Sometimes the answer is no. You still leave knowing where your money is going.

Nothing here expires and no bonus vanishes at midnight. You could decide in March. But seam loss is not a one time hit, it is a rate, running right now, this hour, while you read this, and every month the seams stay open moves the day you sell further from the 4.49 times profit a buyer pays for a company that runs without its owner, toward the 2.93 times he pays for one that needs you in the middle.

So picture it the other way. More money, from customers you already paid for. Weekends where nobody texts you because something felt off. A company a buyer pays full price for because it does not need you in the middle. Frank's $41,253 sat inside his business for years and did not grow while it waited. Somebody finally went and looked.
