Four engagements, each told in the same order, what was happening, what we did, what the record shows and the seam it belongs to, and by the time you reach the fourth you will already be holding your own company up against them and noticing which one is yours, won't you?
Build My Seam MapSeam 06 · You only have one thing to sell, at one price. The no with nothing to say next.
What was happening. Frank sells an $8,600 flagship, and every week people who wanted the result got on a call, meant every word of it and said they could not stretch to the number, and every one of them was thanked and set aside with nothing else to buy, so the demand you would pay to create was already there, already sold on the outcome and waiting in the one place nobody on the team had been hired to look.
What we did. We read the offer straight off what that traffic was already saying it could not afford, wrote one $2,500 offer for precisely the buyer who wanted the outcome and was short on budget, and placed it in front of the pipeline that had been set aside, leaving the flagship exactly where it was.
What the record shows.
| Measure | Record |
|---|---|
| Flagship price | $8,600, unchanged |
| New offer | $2,500, written for the buyer the flagship did not fit |
| New ad spend | $0 |
| New leads used | None, the pipeline already set aside |
| Time to result | Three days |
| Collected | $41,253 |
| Engagements since | Four |
When your own buyers tell you they love it and cannot do the number, how much of that money is already sitting in your pipeline right now, waiting for something to say yes to?
Seam 03 · What you collect never reaches who calls. The list you bought and never contacted.
What was happening. 43,297 buyers, subscribers and prospects sat on a list nobody was working, mail was landing outside the inbox, and no text channel existed, so every one of those people had already been paid for and was hearing nothing.
What we did, in order.
| Step | What was done |
|---|---|
| 1 | Full read of the list: who bought, who did not, who was recent, who had gone quiet. Sending and deliverability repaired so mail reached the inbox again |
| 2 | A sequence written for each segment: a win back series for the coldest, a softer series for people quiet 60 to 180 days, and a separate series for past buyers, with subject lines tested throughout |
| 3 | A text channel built from nothing and timed against the email calendar, so people who no longer opened email were reached by text, and bought |
What the record shows.
| Measure | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Emails opened | About 5% | 20% to 23% |
| Emails clicked | About 0.1% | 2% to 3% |
| People on the list being worked | 0 | 43,297 |
| Weekly revenue from the list | $0 | $10,000 to $30,000, fifteen straight weeks |
| New ad spend | $0 |
As you picture the list you already own, the buyers from two years ago and the subscribers who went quiet last spring, what would fifteen weeks like these be worth to you?
Seam 05 · You chase the drop instead of preventing it. The call booked and never confirmed.
What was happening. A sales floor of 22 closers was losing three of every four booked calls before anyone showed up, and because a no show left no record anywhere, nobody on the floor could have told you it was happening, which is the first thing you notice about a seam: it has no number, so it has no owner, so it has no fix.
What we did. We rebuilt the path between booking and the call, and the floor ran it as the job rather than as an experiment.
| Play | What happens |
|---|---|
| A person calls within five minutes | A named person, not a queue, confirms the booking and has the prospect say out loud why they booked |
| Calendar invite accepted live | The caller stays on the line until the prospect accepts the invite |
| Personal note from the closer | Sent the same day by the person they will actually meet |
| Two way text reminders | Every message asks for a reply, and an answered text recommits them |
| The closer dials | Nobody sits in an empty meeting room hoping someone joins |
| The five minute save | Five minutes past start time the closer calls live, because most no shows are late or lost the link |
| Automations underneath | Lead routing, confirmation cadence and no show recovery running without anyone having to remember |
What the record shows, week by week.
| Week | Show rate | Change from prior week | Total change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | 23.2% | Starting number | 0 |
| Week 2 | 25.1% | +1.9 points | +1.9 points |
| Week 3 | 28.0% | +2.9 points | +4.8 points |
| Week 4 | 33.2% | +5.2 points | +10.0 points, about 43% better |
Four weeks, four increases, no down week, and the floor collected $1,322,312 that month on the same ads, the same leads and the same closers.
When you look at the calls booked on your own calendar this week, how many of them has anyone already confirmed?
Seam 01 · Spend and result are counted by different people. Messages sent with no idea what they made.
What was happening. Emails and texts were going out every day with no reliable way to see which of them produced booked calls and sales, so every decision about what to send next was a guess wearing the clothes of a decision.
What we did, part one: the tracking.
| What was reviewed and fixed | Number |
|---|---|
| Live automations reviewed | 23 |
| Emails and texts inside them | 57 (29 emails, 28 texts) |
| Messages with broken or missing tracking, repaired | 20 |
| Open issues at sign off | 0 |
Every link in every email and text now reports back to one place, and no copy, timing or automation logic had to change to do it.
What we did, part two: the launch, built in one week and run live on 30 August 2026.
| Stage | Number | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Visitors to the registration page | 1,233 | Starting number |
| Registered | 412 | 33.4% of visitors |
| Live at peak | 142 | 34.5% of registered |
| Applied for a call | 37 | 26.1% of those live |
| Calls booked | 30 | 81.1% of applications |
| Closed | 4 | at $6,800 each |
35 of the 37 applications carried the tracking from the link shared in the live chat, a finding that exists only because the tracking was repaired first.
Once every message you send reports back what it made, which of your channels do you already suspect has been carrying the others?
Every one of these began as a seam nobody owned, and every one was found by measuring all thirteen first and closing the costliest by hand, so on one free forty five minute call you watch your own seams measured, a monthly dollar figure placed beside your three largest, and the order they close in, before you decide anything at all.
