A Seam Architect keeps 60% of everything collected on clients they close and fulfill, for the life of the engagement: $51,000 on an $85,000 three seam install at Profitalize's recommended pricing. On clients they originate they share a 20% pool, and they earn 10% and 5% overrides on partners, under the license Jon Weberg created.

  1. A Seam Architect keeps 60% of collections on clients they close and fulfill, for the life of the engagement.
  2. At recommended pricing that is $18,000, $51,000 or $90,000 per install, and $24,000 a month on a $40,000 Consulting Monthly engagement.
  3. On clients they refer, set or close that another architect delivers, they share a 20% pool, up to all of it: $17,000 on an $85,000 install.
  4. Overrides pay 10% of what the partners they bring in earn, and 5% at the third level.
  5. Certification has no fee; payouts are monthly through Weberg Enterprises.

How much does a Seam Architect earn?

A Seam Architect earns 60% of everything collected on clients they close and fulfill. The share runs for as long as each client pays. The work covers the thirteen revenue seams, and Profitalize contracts every client and processes every payment through Weberg Enterprises.

You have found the same leaks in other people's businesses for years and fixed the one you were hired for, so a share of everything the whole engagement collects is the part you were missing, isn't it?

How much does a Seam Architect earn on one install?

At recommended pricing a Seam Architect earns $18,000 on a one seam install, $51,000 on three seams and $90,000 on all thirteen. Each figure is 60% of the recommended price of each tier. The architect may follow, exceed or set aside that price.

EngagementClient priceShareArchitect's amount
Install, one seam$30,00060%$18,000
Install, three seams$85,00060%$51,000
Install, all thirteen$150,00060%$90,000
Consulting Monthly$40,000, $60,000 or $85,000 a month60%$24,000, $36,000 or $51,000 a month
AI OS$12,500 a month60%$7,500 a month
Install, three seams, delivered by another architect$85,000The full 20% pool$17,000

How many hours did your last $51,000 take to earn?

How much does a Seam Architect earn on a monthly engagement?

A Consulting Monthly engagement at $40,000 a month pays the architect $24,000 a month for as long as it runs. At $60,000 and $85,000 a month the share is $36,000 and $51,000. An AI OS client at $12,500 a month pays the architect $7,500 a month.

Six months of one Consulting Monthly client at $24,000 a month is $144,000 to you, so how does your next quarter look now?

What does a Seam Architect earn on a client someone else delivers?

On clients they refer, set or close that another architect delivers, the architect shares a 20% pool, up to all of it. Each client has one pool, never more than 20% in total. One person holding every role on an $85,000 install takes the full pool: $17,000.

Which owner already in your phone would you call first about the seam you saw in their business?

How do Seam Architect overrides work?

Overrides pay 10% of what the partners an architect brings in earn, and 5% at the third level. A partner who earns $51,000 on an $85,000 install pays an override of $5,100. At the third level the override on the same $51,000 is $2,550.

Every override is a share of collections already earned on engagements delivered to an owner, so which partner would you bring in first, and what would 10% of their year be?

What does a full year look like for a Seam Architect?

A year of five engagements at recommended pricing comes to $286,100 in this worked example. The table is arithmetic on a stated mix, not a forecast.

EngagementClient paysShareArchitect's amount
One seam install, closed and fulfilled$30,00060%$18,000
Two three seam installs, closed and fulfilled$170,00060%$102,000
Consulting Monthly at $40,000 for six months$240,00060%$144,000
Three seam install originated, delivered by another architect$85,000Full 20% pool$17,000
Override on one partner's $51,000$51,000 earned10%$5,100
Total$286,100

If two of your next five engagements were three seam installs, what would $102,000 change about your next year, when delivery is in writing and you never owe a paying client a live call?

When does the 60% start?

The 60% starts on the day an architect's delivery modules are confirmed; before that, the qualifying close pays on the partner pool. The license number arrives once Jon Weberg confirms the standard is met.

How are guarantee payments and refunds shared?

A guarantee payment is shared the way the revenue is, sixty and forty, and a refund caused by delivery that missed the standard falls to the architect. Delivery runs on a 158 step runbook with four stop gates. The client agreement carries triple the fee back on two conditions: tracking and reporting are in place, and the plan is followed as written.

That refund clause is the honest price of sixty cents on every dollar, and the runbook exists so an architect who follows it never has to think about it, so what will you do with the hours you spent inventing a process for each client?

How does Seam Architect income compare with consulting and fractional pay?

Consulting pay is quoted by the hour or the year; Seam Architect pay is a share of what the client pays. Go Fractional's consultant salary guide, updated 6 May 2026, puts consultant salaries at $95,000 to $171,000 a year from Glassdoor data and senior retainers at $10,000 to $25,000+ a month (Go Fractional salary guide, 2026). Its 2026 State of Fractional Work, updated 9 June 2026, puts the fractional CMO at $176 an hour for about 27 hours a week (Go Fractional State of Fractional Work, 2026). EOS Worldwide, on its page modified 30 September 2026, markets its implementer system as designed to reach "$400K with 20 Clients" and publishes no entry fee (EOS Worldwide, 2026).

A share of what the client pays scales with the seam you close, doesn't it, so one three seam install pays $51,000 against a salary quoted for a whole year.

What does it cost to become a Seam Architect?

Seam Architect certification has no fee; it is earned by completing onboarding, running a Seam Map unassisted and closing one paying client. There is no fixed timeline. The Seam Architect application takes about four minutes, and the 30 minute interviews run Wednesday and Thursday.

An interview before the agreement is the right order, isn't it, since if the fit is wrong Jon Weberg says so before the call?

What are clients paying a Seam Architect for?

Clients pay for the AI Seam Architect install or monthly consulting, delivered on the method behind Jon Weberg's published receipts. The AI Seam Architect is the system the architect installs; the Seam Architect is the person. No certified architect results are published yet; every receipt here comes from Jon Weberg's own engagements.

Jon Weberg, retained as the agency for the campaign architecture behind the $68 billion Klotho Neurosciences and Greenland Mines merger announcement in March 2026, to a 5.1 million lead investor audience, wrote the method down because one person can only close so many seams in a week, so your license carries the method behind $41,253 for Frank Kern in three days and the CRM a $70,000,000 a year company still runs on, where show rate on a 22 closer floor moved from 19% to 43% in about a month, and what the client receives in the first 90 days is the work you will sell.

Sit on the same 45 minute call your future clients will sit on:

  1. Book My AI Seam Architect Install.
  2. Answer the short application.
  3. See your own three costliest seams priced, the way you will price an owner's.

Reread the worked year, or apply this week for a Wednesday or Thursday interview.

What else do consultants ask about Seam Architect income?

Who sets the price on a Seam Architect's engagements?

The architect does. Profitalize's recommended pricing ($30,000, $85,000 and $150,000 installs; $40,000, $60,000 and $85,000 a month consulting; the AI OS at $12,500 a month) is a guide the architect may follow, exceed or set aside.

How are Seam Architect payouts made?

Monthly. Every client payment is processed through Weberg Enterprises, and the architect's share is paid out from what was collected that month.

Is there a cap on what a Seam Architect can earn?

No cap is stated. The 60% applies to everything collected on clients the architect closes and fulfills, for the life of each engagement.

Does a Seam Architect earn on the 15% performance fee?

Yes. The 60% applies to everything collected on clients the architect closes and fulfills, and the performance fee is collected from the client like any other fee, so an architect's engagements pay 60% of it too.

Can I earn while I am still earning the title?

Yes. Your qualifying close pays on the partner pool while you finish certification, and the 60% applies from the day your delivery modules are confirmed.
