A Seam Map Review is a 45 minute call, run by Jon Weberg or certified Seam Architects, that walks all 13 seams on your own numbers with no slides, names your first seams by minute 10 and prices your three costliest in dollars a month by minute 40. The booking page calls it the AI Seam Architect install call.
- A Seam Map Review lasts 45 minutes, on your own numbers, with no slides.
- Minutes 0 to 5 cover your numbers; minutes 5 to 10 name your first seams.
- Minutes 10 to 30 walk all 13 seams with your figures on screen.
- Minutes 30 to 40 put a dollar amount on your three biggest seams.
- The last 5 minutes answer whether three times the fee is achievable and which install fits; sometimes the answer is no.
What is a Seam Map Review call?
A Seam Map Review is a 45 minute call that prices your three costliest seams on your own numbers. It runs in five blocks.
| Minutes | What happens | What you see | What you say |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 to 5 | Your numbers, and the price if you want it | Your own figures | Where you suspect money is going |
| 5 to 10 | Your first seams named out loud | Why the last fix did not hold | Which ones you recognise |
| 10 to 30 | All thirteen seams walked | Your figures on screen | The numbers behind each handoff |
| 30 to 40 | Your three biggest seams priced | A dollar amount a month on each, in close order | Whether the figures match what you live |
| 40 to 45 | Triple, or no | Whether three times the fee is achievable and which install fits | Whether you want to start |
You have sat through strategy calls that were a slide deck with your name on page one, so an agenda you can read before you book changes what 45 minutes are for, doesn't it?
What do you send before the call?
You answer a short application before the call: your company, revenue, team, tools and where you suspect money is going. After your name, email and mobile, it asks seven short questions:
- Company name and website.
- Annual revenue and average monthly revenue.
- Team size.
- Which channels are running now.
- Whether you could start inside 30 days if at least triple the fee is found.
You know your revenue, you know roughly where money slips, and you have never seen it priced seam by seam, so seven answers from memory are all the call needs.
What happens in minutes 0 to 5?
Minutes 0 to 5 are your numbers, and our price if you want it, with no slides. The install costs $30,000 for one seam, $85,000 for the three largest and $150,000 for all thirteen. Consulting Monthly ($40,000, $60,000 or $85,000 a month) and the AI OS ($12,500 a month) are the monthly doors. The last five minutes say which one fits.
What happens in minutes 5 to 10?
By minute 10 your first seams are named, with the reason past fixes did not hold.
Which of your handoffs do you expect to hear named before minute 10? On one 22 closer floor everybody assumed a lead quality problem and paid for more leads, when the leak sat between booking a call and attending it, so the money went to the wrong side of the line, and that was never a failing of yours, was it?
What happens in minutes 10 to 30?
Minutes 10 to 30 walk all thirteen seams with your figures on screen. The 20 minutes take each of The Thirteen Seams in turn. Gong's 2017 analysis of more than 519,000 B2B calls found top calls used 11 to 14 targeted questions spread across the call, while average calls front loaded them (Gong Labs, 2017).
You watch your own figures fill the map as you answer, and your own numbers are the only ones that matter here, aren't they?
What happens in minutes 30 to 40?
Minutes 30 to 40 put a monthly dollar figure on your three biggest seams and show the order they close in. Three seams are priced. The order follows the dollars, worst first.
If the call put $40,000 a month on your costliest seam, how many more months would you leave it open?
What happens in the last 5 minutes?
The last 5 minutes answer whether a return of three times the fee is achievable and which install fits, and sometimes the answer is no. The guarantee pays triple the fee back on two conditions: tracking and reporting are in place, and the plan is followed as written.
A call that can end in "no" is worth 45 minutes, isn't it, since even then you leave knowing where your money is going?
What do you leave the call with?
You leave with your three costliest seams priced in dollars a month and the order they close in, whether or not you hire anyone. They are shown on the Seam Map, ranked worst first from your processor and CRM. EOS Worldwide offers a 90 minute initial meeting at no charge before any engagement (EOS Worldwide, 21 July 2026); this call is 45 minutes and ends with three prices.
What would you do with three priced seams if you never hired anyone? Reread the minute table, or book in three moves:
- Book My AI Seam Architect Install, then answer the seven short questions (about ninety seconds).
- Pick a time on the calendar that appears (about thirty seconds).
- Confirm, and your confirmation, the Zoom link and the case study document arrive in your inbox inside a minute.
Mark that you could start within 30 days, and a yes can become an install inside that window.
Why is the full Seam Map shown and not handed over?
The full written map is the Business Brain, $10,000 on its own and included in every install. The written Business Brain reads seven lenses and ranks all 13 seams in 15 days.
Watching your own figures land in a ranking teaches you more than a document you file, so you keep the three prices and the full read waits inside the install.
Who runs a Seam Map Review, Jon Weberg or a Seam Architect?
Jon Weberg runs the call, and so do certified Seam Architects, who earn the title partly by closing a paying client on a call they run themselves. Calls booked through the install page go to Jon Weberg himself. Certified architects run the same call with their own owners.
Jon has priced seams from a 22 closer floor to Frank Kern's buyers of an $8,600 program who said they could not afford it, where one $2,500 offer paid $41,253 in three days, and if you would rather run the call yourself, apply to become a Seam Architect and see what a Seam Architect earns.
How is a Seam Map Review different from a sales discovery call?
A discovery call qualifies you for the seller; a Seam Map Review prices your problem for you. In the 6sense 2025 Buyer Experience Report of more than 4,000 buyers, 94% of buying groups ranked preferred vendors before first contact and bought from that favourite 77% of the time (6sense via Business Wire, 12 November 2025).
| Question | Seam Map Review | Sales discovery call |
|---|---|---|
| Who the call serves | You, the owner | The seller, qualifying you |
| Slides | None | Often a deck |
| Whose numbers | Yours | The seller's case studies |
| What you keep | Three seams priced, in close order | Notes on the seller's side |
| Can the answer be no | Yes, in the last 5 minutes | Rarely said |
You arrive with your mind half made, so the call earns its place by handing you a number you did not have; a person runs it, and the install is the system called the AI Seam Architect.
What does a seam priced on the call look like?
A priced seam is one rate, the dollars it loses each month and the owner it needs. At AI Acquisition, a $70,000,000 a year business still running on the CRM Jon Weberg built, the rate was booked to showed: it moved from 19% to 43% in about a month on a 22 closer floor, and $1,322,312 was collected that month.
Jon served there as Fractional President directing the Sales, Marketing and Media Buying Directors, and that seam needed an owner for a call within five minutes of booking and a closer who dials, while for Coach Kyle the first rate was tracking itself, 20 of 57 messages repaired before a launch that registered 412, put 142 live, drew 37 applications, booked 30 calls and closed 4 at $6,800.
What happens after the call if the numbers fit?
If the numbers fit, the install starts with a 14 day read and a ranked list on day 15. Your team spends about three hours in total across the first 90 days, and you can read what happens after the call, in the first 90 days, stage by stage.
What else do owners ask before booking a Seam Map Review?
Does a Seam Map Review cost anything?
No. The 45 minute call costs nothing, and the three seams it prices are yours to keep whether or not you hire anyone.
What if the call finds less than three times the fee?
You are told so on the call. The last five minutes answer whether a return of three times the fee is achievable, and sometimes the answer is no.
Is a Seam Map Review the same as a Seam Map?
No. The call shows the map live and prices three seams; the full written map of all thirteen is the Business Brain, built inside any install or bought on its own for $10,000.
How soon could an install start after the call?
The application asks whether you could start within 30 days if the call finds at least triple the fee, so an install can begin inside that window.
What do you receive when you book?
A confirmation, the Zoom link and a case study document to read before the call.
